Research findings said that it produces changes in the parts of the brain that regulate stress and anxiety. It is also proven that it increases brain sensitivity for the hormones serotonin and norepinephrine, which dismisses feelings of depression. It also helps in producing positive emotions and reduces the perception of pain because it increases the production of endorphins. PubMed also concluded that it reduces symptoms in people suffering from anxiety, and it helps us to be more aware of our mental state and practice distraction from their fears.
Studies found out that the intensity of the workout doesn’t matter. Researchers found out that your mood can benefit from exercise no matter the intensity of the physical activity.
